Location

Travelling from the North via the M1

Leave the M1 at junction 36, take the A61 (Sheffield). After approximately 1 mile at the traffic island take the third exit onto A616 (Manchester) then on to the A629 (Huddersfield) for half a mile into Wortley village. Turn right  as you approach the double bend, into the Wortley Arms Car park. Continue into the Wortley Mens Car Park.

Travelling from the South via the M1

Leave the M1 at junction 35A onto the A616, then the A629 (Huddersfield) for half a mile into Wortley Village. Turn right  as you approach the double bend, into the Wortley Arms Car park. Continue into the Wortley Mens Car Park.

Travelling from Sheffield

Use the A61. After Grenoside, fork left onto the A629 (Huddersfield) into Wortley Village. Turn right  as you approach the double bend, into the Wortley Arms Car park. Continue into the Wortley Mens Car Park.

Travelling from Manchester

Use the A628 at the large traffic island (Flouch); turn right onto the A616, left onto the A629 (Huddersfield) or half a mile into Wortley village. Turn right  as you approach the double bend, into the Wortley Arms Car park. Continue into the Wortley Mens Car Park.

Travelling from the Huddersfield Area

Use the A629 to Wortley village. Turn left as you come out of the double bend, into the Wortley Arms Car park. Continue into the Wortley Mens Car Park.

Travelling by Public Transport

The nearest trains stations are Sheffield & Barnsley, and taxis can be taken from these stations directly to the Club. Alternatively, the number 29 bus can be taken from Sheffield Bus Station, and it travels through Wortley. Once at the bus stop, it is a 30 second walk up Reading Room Lane to arrive at the club. Bus number 23 will bring you from Deepcar and Bus number 24 from Barnsley Interchange.
